Service activation
Access may be provided through the merchant dashboard, integrations and platform tools. Activation can depend on account registration, verification, configuration and third-party approvals; an application does not guarantee activation.
Platform availability
We aim to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, connectivity, infrastructure incidents, payment gateway outages and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Third-party dependencies
Certain features rely on external e-commerce platforms, payment gateways and infrastructure providers, which have their own terms and availability requirements.
Merchant delivery obligations
Merchants remain responsible for fulfilling product orders, shipping, delivery estimates and order-status communications. Fastpro is not itself a courier or shipping service.
