Last updated: 15 October 2026. These terms govern use of Fastpro, a checkout SaaS platform operated by Zomoky Private Limited.
Our services
Fastpro provides checkout technology, merchant configuration tools and supported integrations. Features depend on the service plan, technical compatibility, merchant eligibility and third-party approvals.
Merchant onboarding
Merchants must provide accurate, current information and requested verification documents. Registration does not guarantee approval or access to every feature.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for lawful products and business activity, accurate pricing and product details, customer-facing policies, required consents, order fulfilment, customer service, account security and compliance with payment provider terms.
Payments and third parties
Payment gateways and e-commerce platforms are independent providers subject to their own terms, fees, eligibility checks and availability. Fastpro does not guarantee approval, uninterrupted payment methods or successful completion of every transaction.
Fees and taxes
Applicable subscription, usage and transaction-related charges will be disclosed in the pricing page, dashboard or applicable agreement. Merchants must pay agreed charges and applicable taxes.
Intellectual property
Fastpro software, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to Zomoky Private Limited. Merchants retain their own brand and content rights and grant only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the services.
Availability, suspension and termination
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, legal compliance or material breach, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory applicable law. Any dispute-resolution terms must comply with applicable law.
